The Wesley is led by our Executive Director & Campus Minister, a Student Leadership Team, and a volunteer Board of Directors.
Executive Director &
Campus Minister
Tristen Kretchmar joined the SWOSU Wesley Foundation as the Executive Director & Campus Minister on July 1st, 2025.
Prior to joining The Wesley as the director, Tristen served as The Wesley’s intern for two years. He attended the Wesley as a student from 2022 to 2025. He hopes to create a space where students feel seen, loved, accepted, and welcome.
Tristen has served in various capacities, including his home church’s youth group and as a volunteer for several church camps, including Joy Camp and Camp Spark.
Tristen graduated from Mustang High School in 2022. In the fall of 2022, Tristen moved to Weatherford to attend SWOSU and is currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership. He plans to graduate in 2026. After he graduates, he plans to attend seminary to pursue a Master’s of Divinity.
When not doing ministry or school work, you can usually find Tristen playing with his dog, playing Mario as he is the best Mario player in the world, reading, playing soccer, or hanging out with friends.

Cassidy Christy
Social Media-Intern
Cassidy is a student at the Western Technology Center. She helps our student leadership team with outreach to new students and leads our social Cassidy, helps plan and organize our Thursday lunches. She also helps students who come through our doors.
Peyton Walker
Resident-Intern
Peyton is a sophomore at SWOSU. He helps lead our student leadership team with outreach to new students and planning joint events with the other campus ministries at SWOSU. He also serves as a resident-intern, where he lives in The Wesley assisting all students who come through our doors on a daily basis.
Max Xenos
Worship Team
Max is a junior at SWOSU. This year Max leads our worship team and helps the entire student leadership team plan amazing worship opportunities, whether those be at The Wesley or actually on the physical campus of SWOSU.
Kooper Twyman
Worship Team
Kooper is a Junior at SWOSU. On our worship team, Kooper is one of our lead singers and bass player. On our student leadership team, Kooper helps plan fun and energetic fellowship events, where every student will find a new friend!
Logan Doyals
Ministry & Student Outreach
Logan is a sophomore at SWOSU. He is primarily focused on engaging with freshmen and other new students. In having a huge passion for ensuring other students come to know Jesus, Logan works with our campus minister in organizing our homegroups and bible studies.
Nina
Worship Team
Nina is a sophomore at SWOSU. She brings her musical talents to life through worship. As a lead vocalist and pianist on our worship team, she plays a key role in creating meaningful worship experiences. She works closely with our leadership team. Nina helps plan and organize music for Wesley Worship, ensuring students feel spiritually engaged and connected through music.
