All SWOSU affiliated groups, events, and students may make reservations at NO charge, including no deposit or cleaning fee.

Once you have submitted your request, someone from The Wesley will contact you and send you the required reservation form to confirm your request.

We will do all we can to host you and your event, however, please understand that no event may reserved if the space requested is already in use for any event or program of The Wesley, and that a reservation may need to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or funerals.

If a reservation must be canceled, we will contact you as soon as possible and make all effort to reschedule your event, if you so choose.

Though no initial charge shall be placed on any reservation made by a SWOSU affiliated group, event, or student, failure to abide by the building usage policy, reckless or intentional damage to the building, or the usage of drugs/alcohol in The Wesley may cause your reservation to be immediately canceled and you may be charged for any required repairs for damages.
